Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel a project, the terms and amount of any refund will be stipulated in the contract. A full refund is not guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction with Work: If you are not satisfied with the completed illustrations, you must notify me within 14 days of receiving the final files. I will work with you to address your concerns. If the issues cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion.
Non-Delivery of Services: If I fail to deliver the final illustrations by the agreed-upon deadline without prior communication or mutual agreement on an extension, you may request a refund for any advance payments made.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Completed Work: Once the final illustrations have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after the work has commenced.
Third-Party Expenses: Any expenses incurred for third-party services (e.g., printing, shipping) are non-refundable.
Revision Requests: Requests for revisions after the final approval and delivery are not eligible for refunds.
